What is a valid proof of purchase?
To initiate your warranty claim, a valid proof of purchase is required. A valid proof of purchase is defined as one of the following:
- A dated sales receipt from Machenike. The receipt must show the purchase date, product description and price.
- An order number/screenshot from the Machenike official store which including but not limited to AliExpress, Shopee, Lazada.
*Machenike reserves the right to take any action to protect itself against all forms of suspicious claims, including, without limitation, requiring further verification of identity and details of claimant and qualifying purchases as well as debarment of claim.

What does my warranty cover and how long does it last?
Machenike offers a 2-year warranty for the core laptop parts including the mainboard, power adapter, LCD panel, CPU, and graphics. All other parts such as the card, HDD & SSD, RAM, keyboard (laptop), touch pad, camera, network card, cables including LCD cables and other cables, USB board, and battery are only supported by a 1-year warranty.
Please note that the warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to: breakage due to abuse, cosmetic damage, dents and chips, improper usage, water damage, or other causes attributable to events outside the manufacturing process.
The warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the first-party in the country of original purchase. All products are covered by local warranty regulations.

How can I claim my warranty?

For warranty claim, you MUST contact our customer service of the official channels first and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- The proof of purchase of our selling channels
- Images/videos showing the manufacturing problem of the product complying with our warranty policy
Once we have confirmed that the product is defective, our customer service will keep following your case and guide you in further processing.
